Welcome to Abdy’s Legacy Studio. By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS ONLY  
All products sold by Abdy’s Legacy Studio are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped.

2. LICENSE & PERMITTED USE  
All digital artwork is licensed for PERSONAL USE ONLY unless explicitly stated otherwise.
You may:
• Use the artwork on your personal devices (desktop, phone, tablet)
• Display the artwork for personal, non-commercial enjoyment

You may NOT:
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the files
• Use the artwork for commercial purposes
• Upload the files to stock platforms, print-on-demand services, or AI training datasets

3. AI-ASSISTED CREATION DISCLOSURE  
Artwork sold by Abdy’s Legacy Studio may be created using a combination of human artistic direction and AI-assisted tools.  
AI is used as a creative aid, not a replacement for authorship or intent. All final selections, edits, compositions, and releases are curated and approved by the studio.

4. NO OWNERSHIP TRANSFER  
Purchase grants a license to use the artwork, not ownership of the artwork or underlying intellectual property.

5. REFUNDS & DOWNLOADS  
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once files are delivered or downloaded.  
Refunds are only considered in cases of technical failure where files cannot be accessed.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY  
All artwork, text, branding, and content on this site remain the intellectual property of Abdy’s Legacy Studio.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY  
Abdy’s Legacy Studio is not liable for misuse of digital files or third-party actions beyond our control.

8. GOVERNING LAW  
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
